TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
We expect client confirms the contract in writing.
Client should give correct job profile.
we do not give phone Numbers & other details till you give us in writing, the names of candidates selected by you.
You should give us 7 days time for giving sufficient Resumes to suit your requirement.
You should communicate to us selected resumes in a week's time.
You should conduct the interview's with in 8-10 days and appointment   letter to be issued in 3-4 days time.
You should give us sufficient communication regarding resumes selection, interview time, selected or rejected candidates with reasons,salaries and date of joining of the candidates.
Timely payment is also required.
Out station payment to be released in the form of Demand Draft payable at Hyderabad.
In case after recruiting a candidate due to your internal problem, if   you terminate the candidate, our  service charges will be to your account.

PAYMENT TERMS:
 
We charge our professional fee as shown below.
This is on the total emoluments i.e. on annual CTC (Cost to Company).
All Level 10.33%
Payment should be made with in 15 days from the date of joining the candidate.

Life of the Resume :
 
Each resume sent by us will have a minimum LIFE of One Year (Twelve Months) from the date of receipt by you. And if you have the same resume in your data bank, the information should be passed on to us within 3 days otherwise it will be considered as our candidate and subsequently billed on recruiting the same candidate.

Confirmation Letter:
 
We need a letter in writing clearly indicating your acceptance of all the terms and conditions before taking the assignment.

Information about the candidates short listed for interview should be intimated to us along with the details of interview venue, date and timings.

A copy of the offer letter should be sent to us after issuing it to the candidate. This is basic document required for raising our bill for professional fees, however the offer letter will be retained in strict confidence.

All legal disputes will be settled under the courts in Hyderabad Jurisdiction only .
